Awesome 09/07/2004 at 10:28pm User: JESSICA from Grand Rapids, MI User Rating: This is a very good recipe. I make this after cooking the Corned Beef and Cabbage recipe for dinner the night before. Another Hit! 08/08/2007 at 12:24pm User: ANITA from Medford, MA User Rating: I just made the hash (without the poached eggs) for my weekly Saturday breakfast group. They loved it. I started out with a chunk of store bought corned beef and chopped it up in my food processor, shredded the onion in same food processor and mashed peeled Yukon Gold potatoes (my mother hates the skin on her potatoes). It was great! it gets easier 07/10/2007 at 02:25am User: Anonymous User Rating: everytime i tried it, it got easier to do! Don't Wait Until St. Patrick's Day to try this! 06/22/2005 at 11:46am User: KELLY from Suwanee, GA User Rating: This recipe was delicious and the kids loved it. I didn't have much success with flipping the mixture, but it tasted great despite that. Diner @ home 03/23/2007 at 12:58am User: Marlea from N. Chili, NY User Rating: I made this for my husband who loves hash. I didn't think my 3 kids would eat it, so i made them something different. The kids couldn't stop complaining that they wanted a taste. After tasting (very rare) they requested I make it again so they could gobble it up too! I did the eggs right in the skillet easy over. The vinegar poached eggs were not so good. |
