For as long as this took to make, it was a let down. The pork was dried out, and the sauce tasted like spoiled milk. The only reason I give it two stars is because my husband liked it. I enjoyed the challenge of making a dish this envolved, but was sad when it tasted gross.

reminds me of the "bohunk joints" my father used to take us to in cicero il. , when were children. the aroma from roasted caraway ,pork and apple brings me back to my childhood. thank you chef symon this ones a keeper!
