Spicy and good 12/10/2007 at 07:41pm User: Michelle from Seattle, WA User Rating: I used Soyrizo instead of real chorizo and it is a great soup. I can tell that the real thing would be even better. I like this recipe-chopping the kale finely in the food processor is a great idea! Kale can be so tough and can take forever to cook. This is a great way to get kale into your diet. Very spicy soup and I like that. Caldo Verde Soup 11/21/2005 at 12:54pm User: Nicole from Nolensville, TN User Rating: Very nice soup, with great flavors and consistency. Found the amount of crushed red pepper to be a bit much. Must try 09/18/2004 at 05:12pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This soup was very good and also easy to make. Annie Perreira Was my Portuguese mother surprised !! 05/11/2006 at 03:20am User: Anonymous User Rating: Let me just tell you, it turned out just like I remember it as a kid, well even as an adult.......it's tradionally a Portuguese wedding soup. I had it at my wedding, and I have to say this recipe tasted better. Wish I had the energy to make it for my guests, but that's what we paid the caterer for. :) excellent 02/27/2007 at 03:52pm User: Anonymous User Rating: excellent, hearty soup. be sure to use the spicy chorizo, it makes the soup appropriately spicy and gives it a nicer color. I wouldn't change a thing. tasty treat 02/15/2006 at 10:44am User: Ken from Troy, ID User Rating: this was a great, easy soup to make.
