THis was a very nice quick recipe. I used as a side dish to accompany a roast beef. My family reall enjoyed the change!

Careful of the cooking time. Easy to burn. I probably won't make this again, because the family recipe tastes better. Still, I learned something from the recipe: when to add the salt. This was pretty good, even my finicky daughter would eat it.




A Swiss Dish to Love

A great way to serve potatoes, very easy. This version is quite good, but I have been to Swiss restaurants and learned to add sweated leaks to the potatoes, and top with Swiss or Ementaler cheese after frying, baking on a cookie sheet at 400 for about 10 minutes... Excellent!!!
