Knowing in advance that if Rachael makes it in 30, then it'll take me 45-60. I don't get how some reviewers thought this was bland. If you season both sides of the meat like it says, and get each side nice and brown, and follow the recipe as written, you will not get a bland dish. This was delicious! I did have to leave the kitchen when I added the vinegar. I felt like I was choking on the vapors and my eyes started watering. LOL! But the sauce came together very well and it reduced and thickened as it should have. I just paired it with roasted carrots and I was good to go. Will definitely make again!

Very good taste, but WOW! What a mess! I stopped in the middle of cooking this to mop my floors. The oil that popped out of the skillet was everywhere, and I used the deep cast iron dutch oven, I also felt that the garlic was added far too early and that there was far too much oil.

This recipe was so easy and fast. I used all white meat tenderloin out of my freezer section at the grocers. I'm not a fan of dark meat chicken. The frozen tenderloins once thawed are so easy and uniform to cook up and come in 3 pound bags. I served the dish with a simple couscous and Giada's Tuscan Salad recipe that has plenty of veggies and simple dressing. The rosemary, wine and beef stock were truly amazing flavors in this dish. Will definatley make this dish again and again.

I liked the fact that this recipe didn't call for any unusual ingredients. The only problem I had was while I was reducing the pan juices on low heat, I got splattered. Be careful! This was a very tasty and easy dish. I think it would blend with alot of different side dishes, too.

This is a great recipe for those of you with big families, especially older children who appreciate great taste a little more. This had a fantastic "jump out at you" flavor! We (wife and I) sorted our ingredients first and the cooking was a flash. Can't be beat any day of the week!

I had to substitute lemon juice for the vinegar. I found that is was missing something but I'm not sure what. It didn't reduce and get thick like in the show. My chicken turned out to be a bit dry. The flavor was great - color perfect! Texture was perfect too. Served it with cous-cous and it was a great pairing. Light and fluffy to compliment the light flavors of the dish.

I had imagined this totally different from the name and knowing what I know about Tuscany. But what a surprise!!! My husband didnt want chicken but that is what I had defrosted so that is what he got! And he didn't complain!! The sauce is incredible (must be the beef broth) and I served it with mash potatoes as the sauce/gravy was so good it needed dual usage. Will definitely make again and it was easy. One note though, I did cook it longer than it said as I used thighs with bone instead of boneless and didn't think it would dry out sitting in that marvelous gravy.

ilove love tuscan style food and have always wanted to bring some form of tuscan chicken home. well with this dish i did! it was a crowd favorite and I can not belive how much I loved it too. it was so fast and easy to make.

This was simple to make but very rich and tasty. Best served with uncomplicated light side dishes like noodles (for all the rich juices) and green beans. I substituted golden balsamic vinegar for the white wine vinegar. Came out Excellent!

I have to say, I was not impressed. I was surprised and disappointed that for all of the ingredients, it really didn't have much flavor. It didn't taste bad or anything so I guess if you like bland food it would be good. My husband likes things a little more on the bland side but he even agreed that we wouldn't bother making this recipe again.

I made this using only chicken tenders and replaced the shallots with red onion slices. They added color to the dish and I also sprinkled parsley on top of the chicken before serving. It was very fragrant and tasted great.

I made this to great reviews, the chicken turned out moist, it did take a little longer, I just cooked it over low heat so it wouldn't dry out. My Tuscan boyfriend really enjoyed it. For myself, I think I would add a little more garlic next time around. I served it with lemon garlic rice...

Great last minute meal idea. When I made this for two people I cut the recipe in half for everything but used only four boneless, skinless thighs instead of the amount stated for ten. The other changes I made were that I didn't have any white wine on hand so instead of using the 1/2 cup that the half recipe would require, I replaced it with about 1/4 cup of cooking sherry. The other change was that I didn't have beef broth but did have a can of beef consumme on hand. It's a little thicker than broth so it may (or may not) have given more umph to the sauce.

I loved this recipe. The taste was fantastic, and the ease of preparation was pretty darn good, especially for the results, but I almost lost all the skin on my hand when I put the vinegar in. Was I supposed to turn the heat down and let the pan cool first? That's what I ultimately did, and the dish still turned out fine.

I found this to be a very easy & quick recipie. It was very good, Chicken was extremley tender. I served spinach & cheese ravoli as a side, it was delish with the sauce from the chicken.

i have to say that this turned out much better than expected. tried it for dinner last night, and taking the rest in for lunch at work this week. it is filling enough on its own. i just steamed brocoli for a side. thanks rachel, this will be in my recipe file now.

I made this last night for my husband and one of his friends and we all loved it. The chicken was extremely moist and flavorful. I was a little weary about using beef broth in a chicken dish but it gave it a wonderful flavor. I didn't use six sprigs of rosemary, I only used two. I served it over homemade roasted garlic mashed potatoes with parsley mixed in to them and put a salad on the side. I will definitely be making this one again.

This recipe is EXCELLENT and is one of my family's all time favorites! I prefer to make this dish with all chicken thighs rather than mixing the thighs and breast tenderloins. I find the chicken to be very tender and the sauce is heavenly! I substitute fresh thyme for the rosemary since this is my personal preference. Sometimes I add sauteed mushrooms to the sauce toward the end of the simmering process if I have them on hand. I usually make this early in the day, refrigerate it then bring it back to a simmer just before serving. It goes great with Garlic-Herb Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans, but hot cooked pasta pairs well with this chicken also.

I prepared this according to directions and found the sauce did not reduce as well as I would like, and the chicken was a little dry. Nevertheless, the flavor was good, Next time I will reduce the beef broth and the cooking time, and perhaps add a bit more rosemary.
