These little pockets of indian spices, potatoes and vegies are superb. pretty easy to make if you used store bought dough. I used puff pastry and pie dough because I wasn't sure which would work better. They both worked great! We have some left over and I'm not sure how well they will reheat but I think they will hold up just fine. Thease would be perfect with an indian soup or dahl.

Just using wanton wrappers instead of making the dough makes it a lot easier but either way this dish is spicy and delicious.

What can i write, you have to try this. Goes well with mint chutney. Will make it again for every occasion.
