I use toasted coconut, cornflakes and walnuts - baked in the oven - this is the ultimate ice cream topping EVER. My mom and I even eat this topping all on its own. I made this for an ice cream fundraiser at my church and people went nuts over it.

It was just too much. Maybe leave out the corn flakes, especially if you use frosted corn flakes like she does.
