MMMMMMMM 08/20/2005 at 12:55pm User: JULIET from Denver, CO User Rating: These are delickous, easy, and perfect. The onions get all caramalized and sweet, and the potatoes get crusty and delicious. I will be making this one quite a bit...Ive always had to boil the potatoes before I fry them to get them right but these are great without the extra step. Thanks!! fried potatoe 08/15/2005 at 02:46pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Quick and easy... Good with any meat and veggie! Didn't work for me 07/14/2006 at 09:39am User: Jessica from Montgomery, AL User Rating: I tried this recipe without checking to make sure that my plates would fit in my pan, which it didn't. I wound up with a mushy mess instead of a crisp cake. The flavor was good, but make sure your plate fits before you try it. :) . 06/23/2005 at 08:02pm User: Anonymous User Rating: . CRISPY & YUMMY!! 06/02/2004 at 11:40pm User: PAM from Northridge, CA User Rating: These are good enough for a main dish in my house. They are so crispy and tasty. Super easy. The key is in the thinness of the potatoes and onions and using a plate with a weight. Love this dish!! Very good♪ 05/10/2005 at 08:28pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I used garlic salt instead. It gave an extra kick of flavor. I recommend it! ***** SO Good 03/26/2007 at 12:19am User: Naomi from So. Pasadena, CA User Rating: Made it tonight and everybody ate it up...added minced garlic which gave it more flavor. Excellent 03/11/2005 at 01:44pm User: MAIA from Fairmont, MN User Rating: Very fast and a winner when it comes to fast potatoes. Very tasty and easy to make. The idea of the plate with the can on top plays a major role that I think I will apply on other recepies similar to this one. Thanks one more time for great meals in just 30 minutes!! The best Potatoes... 01/22/2007 at 01:18am User: Mandy from Philadelphia, PA User Rating: These potatoes were wonderful!! I did a bit of a variation to them, though. I put the potatoes and onions in with the EVOO, and then put a clove of minced garlic in. Then I added the leaves from about 4 or 5 sprigs of thyme and sprinkled generously with Morton's Nature's Seasoning. A little different from the original recipe, but I swear, I've never had potatoes that good in my life! Absolutely incredible. And I didn't even need any butter! Quick, easy, and soooo good! Delicious 01/15/2006 at 12:54pm User: Anonymous User Rating: My husband and I both loved these potatoes! |
