I wanted something easy to make after a hard day. I have two girls under 16 months old, and I needed something quick. I couldn't believe something so easy would #1 WORK and #2 be so elegent. They set up in 20 minutes, and were delicious. Although, very rich, I think they would have been really good with a strong cup of coffee. Thank you Rachael!

I made this for friends and we all scraped the tea cups absolutely clean. It's awesome! It needs to set up about 2 hours before serving. Serves 4 in demitasse cups, 2 in teacups, or 1 if you're home by yourself and no one knows you made it. Highly highly addictive recipe, and it takes no time at all to make.

This was the most simple, elegant, and scrumptious dessert I have ever made. It literally takes 2 minutes to prepare. It sets up beautifully and tastes divine. I served it in beautiful china demitasse cups with a small cookie on the side of the saucer. My guests raved and have asked me to make it the next time they come over.

Oh my god I think I love you! I love chocolate mousse but sometimes have it come out runny when folding egg whites and I find chocolate pudding too thick. This was just perfect - very similar consistency to mousse without the mess and absolutely delicious and so easy. Thank you!!! Only thing I changed was I used 4 tablespoons of cherry grand marnier - yummy!

This is my "go to dessert" when I need a fabulous dessert quickly. I have experimented with different chocolates and have even changed the liquor or left it out,in which case it tastes like a large truffle. I have doubled the recipe and halved it. It is fabulous.

This is like a decadent chocolate mousse...and the easiest chocolate mousse I've ever made. It's very filling so a little will go a long way. I used Ameretto instead of Hazelnut Liqour and it was amazing. I would also consider using Bailey's or Kaluha as well.

I have made this easy, yet delicious, dessert many times now. It literally takes 5 minutes to make and garners rave reviews from friends and family. In addition to using several different liquors (including Kahlua and rum), I have substituted the liquor and used espresso a few times with no problem also. I have also garnished it with Pepperidge Farm Pirouette cookies instead of whipped cream for a different flair. You can serve these in your Grandmother's demitasse cups for a fancy dinner or in plastic wine glasses for an easy cleanup at a barbecue and either is beautiful. If you are looking for a simple, elegant dessert this is the way to go!

This recipe was wonderful and SO easy. The texture is superb, and it would make a great pie filling also. Next time I think I would either cut the rum in half or eliminate it all together. The alcohol taste was just a little too strong for my taste. Kaluha might be good.

Outstanding

Saw this recipe on Oprah during the best cakes show. I was so intrigued I tried it the next day. WOW! This it so simple and so terrific. It packs a chocolate wallop in a silky texture. Outstanding! The second time I made it, I used 1 T dark rum, and 1 tsp vanilla extract..it toned down the sharpness that the alcohol adds just enough. I love this recipe!

This is one of the easiest desserts I've ever made. OK- strawberries and whipped cream might have been less work, but for the amount of work and time invested in this recipe, the results are spectacular. This dessert tastes and looks like a truffle filling- pure and unadultered. This is for the serious chocolate fans only as it is bound to be too much for some. For me and my husband, it was perfect. A quick, easy to prepare indulgence after dinner. I will make again for sure.

You know the part where the hot milk is supposed to melt the chocolate? Yeah, it didn't really happen like that for me. So I heated the mixture up some more but was afraid of seizing the chocolate, or whatever it is that it does, and the overall texture just wasn't great. Tasty, but gritty.
