I made this for a gathering and it tasted like chicken at first bite to me. The boys thought it was interesting though. The idea seems cool, but just didn't quite have the desired effect I was looking for.

If you love Stout beer as I do, this is a Must have in the freezer. We made up a batch for the SUperBowl (2/6/2005) and it was a hit! We didnt use Guinees as the recipie called for, but a local brew called Saint Arnold Winter Stout. It is a slightly sweeter, maltier stout which worked well for this recipie. I highly reccomend it!

This recipie takes some skill to make (as I, an experienced cook did have some problems), but the flavor is worth the effort.
