My dad and I were trying to find some new holiday recipes for the family since we had been eating the same ones since I was a baby, so we decided to try these since he is a big fan of Emeril's. They were amazing! Light and fluffy with no heavy after taste and my favorite part -- they are very easy to make. I highly recommend these to add a little life to your dinner!

Overall, these were very good. Be very careful not to use too much salt, I recommend little to none. They will come out very salty!!!

Very easy and tasty , also you may use the mayo , Dijon mustard and olive juice mixture on a grilled chicken or fish sandwich . Spruce it up with some nice fresh green leaf lettuce . A+ The Reaper !

Hold the vinegar

User: Glenn from Clarksville, TN    User Rating:
Overall a good blend but the vinegar along with the juice from the canned peppers made it too sour. I prepared the recipe a second time omitting the vinegar and it was much more to my taste.

these deviled eggs are great with the peppers in them and another good mustard substitute is champagine mustard.

Made this a double batch of this recipe for a party. Everyone loved the regular deviled eggs, but the ones with the hot sauce and jalapenos went the fastest. Now my husband is always asking for me to make a batch.

I wanted a deviled egg that had a little kick to it so I tried these. The jalepeno definitly makes it. If you don't like spicy just make without the jalepeno. I made half with and half without for a party. They were all gone.

I have never had a deviled egg I did not like. I usually make them with just mustard, Hellmans mayo and paprika. But this recipe was a nice way to add a little extra flavor. I would make again.
