I used frozen-thawed peaches (fresh were unavailable) and ready made pie crusts, but followed the recipe everywhere else. It was amazing, the best dessert to come out of my kitchen... EVER!

Apple pie?

This cobbler came out tasting more like an apple pie than a peach cobbler. There is too much cinnamon in the recipe and nothing to really separate it from an apple pie. Plus I found that the pie crust recipe included in this recipe only made enough for one crust... not the two it claims. So if you use this, double the crust recipe if you actually want the lattice on top. I would not ever use this recipe again.

I've tried other peach cobblers and this by far takes the cake. I'm a lover of amaretto liquer and this sends the taste over the top. If you love peaches try Emerils peach belini.

The best part about this recipe is its sweet unworldy filling, especially when having added extra brown sugar. I don't however care for the crust of this lattice top peach cobbler.

I love this recipie was easy to do and tasted incredible! My son who is a year old loves it too! He loves peaches so this was a good thing for him. I would recommend this to anyone.
