I loved this recipe. Delicious with a proper bang for your buck, while still being flexible enough for everyone's taste.

This turned out to be even better than I expected. The ribs were very tender and oh so delicious! Best ribs I have ever had. I baked mine in the oven and I think wrapping them really helped to make the ribs tender. This is definitely a keeper. Jeanne Punta Gorda, Fl.

Me, I loved it, one Grandson liked it! My wife and other Grandson want the ole recipe back. Guess they are not ready for the chili powder and other ingredients that they are used to.

I cooked mine in the oven, and used the rub first as directed, then added our favorite bbq sauce. They were awesome, falling off the bone. I wraped them first in parchment paper, then a second wrap with foil. Came out awesome.Fool proof recipe. My husband loved them. Bam!

This receipe was perfect. Don't let the plastic wrap fool you...I think it's the key to delicious ribs.

very good

this is a great rib recipe and allows you to not mess around with the somewhat uneven temp of a grill. I do think the ribs were almost too tender though. If I simply reduce cooking time would that take care of it?

The only thing that I didn't like is that I ran out of ribs. The recipe is fairly simple to make, I don't cook a lot. It tastes great. The chipotle adds a nice heat without taking away the flavor. I skipped the pork rinds. My recommendation is make extra rub for later even if you are not making a lot of ribs. You will want it, and you won't have to remake it, same goes for the sauce I highly recommend this recipe, it's a keeper.

I like how you can prepare these ribs pseudo-bbq style. This is a nice nuance, very clever. I was particularly happy when slightly kicking it up further with a little ginger, watch this Emeril! I spice it up and can please a large crowd with my recipes, where are you- I am in Southern California, I have been to your , excuse me, both of your Vegas spots, Lord have Mercy, Gotta love it.
