I come from a family of 13 and having been making the sweet potatoes for years and have tried many different receipes. Now I have found the one I will use every year. Every one has to bring something and this year the sweet potatoes were the biggest hit. So I have finally found a winner! Thanks to Emeril.

Tried this recipe for it's simplicity, but 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter for 4 sweetpotatos, you must be kidding!!!
