I consider myself to be an "above average" cook and I cook a lot of recipes from foodtv.com. I love Emeril and I'm not knocking him but this was the worst dish I have made in years, maybe even ever. I tried to like it, however, had I continued eating it I think it would have resulted in me hugging the toilet bowl. I did not buy bad fish, I made the wrong recipe. I don't think I ever want to eat turbot again. Ugh. Steer clear from this one.
