my family was a lttle apprehensive about the bok choy but in the end they loved it all i used a whole package of chinese sausage to stretch it out. it made for a perfect stir fry night.

Very simple and I'm very impressed how flavorful the bok choy turned out (especially with the chinese sausages). The flavor was light and not too overwhelming, which was perfect for my palette. I suggest thin slices of chinese sausages so they're crispy when fried. I used thick chunks, which turned out to be sweet for the recipe.
