I'm not a huge fan of macadamia nuts but don't worry, they melt when heated for an extended period of time. The stuffing is flavorful and has a delicate taste that compliments the meat. If you love garlic and mushrooms, this is the stuffing for you.

Surprisingly, this was not that difficult to make, though it looked a bit daunting. The only thing we did different was substituted other types of mushrooms since 6 cups of shiitake's are difficult to come by in this neck of the woods. We used shiitake, wood ear, and baby portabella. I will say this recipe rated one of the best we have made in a long time, and is on the menu for our holiday guests! The bok choy and red onion bed was amazing! Definitely a must do again!

I loved this and my family did as well. Great, but I will cut the garlic way down in the stuffing next time. Bok Choy was lovely and favorful. I agree with other reviews that Bok Choy could be doubled for beautiful presentation.

very flavorful

I had dinner quests and made this for the 1st time. I actually made the stuffing the night before and refrigerated it which made it much easier to pack the pork chops. This was by far one of my favorites!!!!!

AMAZING!

What a great recipe!! My husband said that it tasted like restaurant food! It was a nice change to our normal pork chop without going to crazy. I did not use the nuts and it was still fabulous. I recommend to anyone that wants a quick but full of flavor dinner for there family! Dont count the calories though because it is a rich recipe!!!

Excellent

The highlight of this recipe is the sauce. ALso I recommend that you use 2 heads of Bok Choy because one is skimpy and only use 1/2 cup of nuts because a full cup is too hard to get into the chops.

Easy gourmet!

This recipe was awesome and suprisingly easy to make. I used dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked) and less garlic and it still had loads of flavor. I also bought Emeril's Essence premixed to save time. A little bit of prep involved, but otheriwise not too bad. I can't wait to make this for my family. They'll be so impressed!

These were some of the best pork chops I have ever had. So delicious and it was such a beautiful presentation. Great for a dinner party. The store was out of the macadamia nuts so I used cashews instead that it was delicious. I will definitely make these again.

These are absolutely fantastic!!! Made them last night and the recipe has gone into my folder as a keeper! I served these with Rachel Rays Cheesy Orzo instead of the Bok Choy and it was so so good! Thanks!
