This was a neat and unique salad to make; I added grilled endive to it as well. Where as I love this type of salad, it may be slightly adventurous to some.

I would never have tried radicchio if I hadn't seen it on the show. This was so simple, and makes for elegant presenation if you need to impress the in-laws! Grilling really did mellow the flavor. Will definitely make again.
