Excellent 12/16/2005 at 03:51pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This recipe was excellent! It's easy, healthy and not too sweet. This will now become one of my favorites. Perfect Treat for yourself.. 12/13/2004 at 03:43pm User: KRISTIN from Irving, TX User Rating: I indulged myself in this the other night.. no cooking involved.. so easy and sooooo yummy! I love Giada's creations. If you want a dessert that is delicious and rich, but not so rich it makes you sick- this is the one. I added blackberries, but raspberries are the best choice. Yum. LIGHT AND DELICIOUS 11/20/2006 at 04:20pm User: THERESA from SCOTTSDALE, AZ User Rating: This recipe was extremely easy and quick to prepare. The combination of ingredients made for a simple and light dessert that was absolutely yummy. AMAZING! 11/05/2005 at 11:58pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I was skeptical of what this would taste like, but it was amazing! I also tried it with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and this was great, too. Definitely a winner! So light and summery! 10/16/2005 at 01:35pm User: Kelly from Painesville, OH User Rating: Excellent for dessert if you want something light and easy to make (and looks really pretty)! Disappointed :( 09/19/2006 at 06:15pm User: Janet from Brooklyn, NY User Rating: I made this dessert for 4 close friends. I asked their opinion and all said it was "ok". I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. I expected this dessert to be creamy, it wasn't. :( so good 08/24/2005 at 09:04am User: DEBBY from Kent, OH User Rating: this is so simple and so good! Not sure what everyone likes about this 08/17/2006 at 10:17pm User: IRENE from Bayside, NY User Rating: Tried the recipe and was not impressed. How do you use biscotti as a spoon? It crumbled every time i tried to eat the dessert. Not sure how all these ingredients work together. WOW 08/17/2006 at 09:46pm User: Kim from bedford, TX User Rating: This was a great recipe. I loved how it had a little sweetness with the cocoa, raspberries, and honey, but it was creamy too. Really interesting flavors. It was sort of like a slice of cheescake. I plan to make this as a dessert for my Italian Christmas dinner. Oh, and I had plain biscotti and a chocolate coated one, and thought the plain was better. Even the kids liked it! 08/17/2006 at 03:36pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Thanks Giada! The kids, although skeptical at first, loved it! It looks so gourmet. Thanks for making something heathful too!! exquisito 08/15/2006 at 09:08pm User: jeanette from Palmetto Bay, FL User Rating: me encanto , rapido de preparar y te deja en el paladar un delicioso sabor mmmmmm.... Awesome and sooooo simple 07/17/2007 at 05:18pm User: Christine from Euless, TX User Rating: Basic and simple and quick. Was a great recipe to get the kids involved. Great breakfast! 07/17/2005 at 11:03am User: CYNTHIA from Charleston, SC User Rating: I just love this recipe. I don?t measure anything, and just spread a light layer of part-skim ricotta, then dust unsweetened cocoa, sprinkle the raspberries and drizzle with the honey ? delicious with a cup of coffee in the morning and an almond biscotti! Ricotta w/Raspberries & Honey 07/12/2006 at 01:56am User: J from Fort Worth, TX User Rating: This is quite a treat! The flavors and textures go so very well together; the creaminess of the ricotta, richness of the chocolate, bursting flavor of the raspberries, and sweetness of the drizzled honey. I was surprised that my husband found this delicious, as well.(He's a pie 'n' ice cream man.) Excellent 07/01/2005 at 01:56pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I can't believe how wonderful this simple dessert is. My husband scoffed at it and then tasted it and fell in love with it too. It is so decadent. I make it often now after dinner for something quick and sweet. I use part skim ricotta and it's fine. You don't need to measure, just toss the simple ingredients on top of the ricotta. Decadent with the biscotti! I tried it with cherries too but I personally like the raspberries better with it. I love Giada's recipes!! Really??? 06/28/2006 at 07:58pm User: Virginia from Wilmette, IL User Rating: One pound of ricotta for TWO servings??? Sounded like a lot to me, so I cut it back, but this recipe just did not work for us. The flavor mix, the textures...it all just fell flat. I'm a huge Giada fan, but I will not be using this recipe again. Amazing! 06/27/2005 at 09:27pm User: Jen from Austin, TX User Rating: The first time I made this, the store was out of raspberries and I used blueberries. Either way, it's a light dessert and definitely healthier than ice cream! Good 06/15/2005 at 01:24pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I thought that this dish was good, but the flavors were different! love this combination of sweets 06/01/2005 at 11:33am User: Anonymous User Rating: it is my favourite dessert snack. meh 05/27/2007 at 03:36pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I was so excited to make this recipe and went out and bought everything for it. When i tried it, it was just blah to me...but the biscottis i bought were really good! I guess i need a little more sweetness in my desserts. It was ok.... delicious 05/06/2007 at 05:16pm User: Anonymous User Rating: very good--how nice to have a healthy dessert/snack that satisfies my sweet tooth well... 04/30/2006 at 03:34pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I loved it, but I was the only one. My daughter loves it too and she is a junk foody. nice light 04/15/2005 at 08:34pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Is a nice and light dessert. Easy. Fab and Easy 03/20/2005 at 08:00pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I just love this one. I love the ricotta, growing up my mom and I would go to the market and buy fresh ricotta and when we got home I would always just dive into it. This is a nice way to remember those memories and just indulge. I did substitute the raspberries with strawberries. This is one treat I will be enjoying on a regular basis. yum yum! 03/19/2005 at 09:07pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I used blueberries and chopped strawberries, added a little sugar and lemon juice to sweeten the fruit for 30 min. I also added vanilla extract (in addition to the honey) to the ricota cheese. When I sample tasted the desert, it tasted good. But the biscotti definitely did the final trick! Super Easy 03/11/2005 at 09:55pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The first bite was definitely different, but it totally grew one me. Easy, delicious, and light! I loved it! Madd good shyt 03/08/2005 at 06:36pm User: Anonymous User Rating: its magically delicious Joseph Russell 02/20/2007 at 02:11am User: Joseph from Ferndale, WA User Rating: I whipped the ricotta with about me tablespoon of splenda. I think if it weren't for the biscotti this would be a boring treat. TOO PLAIN 02/19/2007 at 07:35pm User: Anonymous User Rating: i think it was to plain, and so did everyone else, theirs not an exact flavor to it, and even a person who cant stand sweets thought this was missing something. ellagant 02/15/2006 at 12:14pm User: Adam from Newport, WA User Rating: this is a very simple yet berry ellagant Very good 02/15/2005 at 10:50pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I enjoyed this very much... nice treat. Delicious 01/16/2006 at 09:14pm User: Amy from Austin, TX User Rating: I tried this a while ago and have made it with different fruits, and it's great every time.
