Those were the comments when I made these for our familys' tree trimming party! I did make a few changes, instead of the oregano and cayenne pepper I used a generous teaspoon of dried rosemary and about an extra clove of garlic. I also cut them a bit differently, after sandwiching the 7x10 pastry I cut that in half to make two 7x5 pieces and then cut 1/2 inch strips to twist. These tasted so good and I will absoultly make them again.

Delicious and easy

Made these for an appetizer to an Italian meal. Everyone loved them, plus they hold up well over a few hours. Will definately make these again with additional fillings. TIP - make sure you flour the board well before you put down the puff pastry or it is hard to get up.

This little goodies are easy to make and were real hit with my family. I served them as an accompaniment to Emeril's Meatball Soup. I did substitute a little garlic powder for the fresh garlic as I don't like biting into a minced piece that hasn't been caramelized first.

I prepared these for a friend's open house...I was a Star for the Day. The guests could not get enough, they went on and on and on about how great they were. I will definately make them again!

These were so easy to make and tasted delish. But, I did have to cut out some of the garlic and all of the cayenne pepper (sorry, I don't like spicy things).

Great side

And this is a hit! I made two full sheets of these and they are gone---the neighbors and their kids smelled them baking and were walking by noses sniffing the air!

My family really enjoyed these. I like this recipe because even though I couldn't find puff pastry,I used croissant roll dough in a tube instead and it worked beautifully. They were easy to make and you can season them to your tastes.

These puffs were a big hit over the holidays with family and guests, but were a bit too spicy for some of the wee and older folk...I'll make a batch with a little less garlic and cayenne for them next time.
