I LOVE this salad! The dressing is simple, yet amazing. I don't like blue cheese so I subbed in feta cheese and it was unbelievable!!!! My family loves it - no matter how big the salad, there are never any leftovers! You absolutely have to toast the walnuts though, otherwise, it falls a little flat.
