I haven't made this exact BF version but ever since I saw an episode when he grilled pizza dough I have been using his method frequently, to rave reviews. I buy the dough in a tube when I am pressed for time, roll it out with cornmeal and grill it and it's amazingly good. I usually finsh it in the oven so I can be inside finishing other sides or just cooling off from this wicked Atlanta heat!

Made this for the family tonight and it was very well received. It took a little over an hour from start to finish and was well worth the time spent.

Haven't been using this site for long, but this is the best recipe I've got from here, it couldn't have been better! I substituted red wine vinegar for the white wine vinegar, added roma tomatoes and used crushed red pepper for some extra spice.

Although this took my boyfriend and I quite a while to make, it was DEFINATELY worth the effort. The balsamic really tops off this recipe nicely.

This was a great recipe. Grilled pizza dough is genius - it's so fast and makes for a crisp crust. This is so good that we are planning on making it again this week!

I just love these BF recipes - they are always restaurant quality. This one was a bit complicated and took us a while, but the result was delicious! I think next time I'll cut it up and serve it as an app.

Expensive but worth it.

Since making this recipe, I have planted a red bell pepper plant. Whoever grows red peppers is making a killing! This recipe is expensive and it is actually cheaper to order out. However, after it was done, nothing comes close.

Amazing Grilled Pizza

This recipe is for anyone who enjoys grilled food! The best thing about it is it's 10x healthier than take-out pizza!

I have made this 5 or 6 times in the past 4 months! Everyone I have ever served it to absolutely LOVED it and wanted the recipe. I have used both Fontina and Fontinella cheese for this and they are equally as good!
