This is absolutely the most amazing corn on the cob we've ever tasted. First bite, and we were groaning. You'll never make corn another way after trying this method. We had a hard time keeping the cheese on, but even without it, this is fabulous! Thanks for another winner, Bobby.

This was the best corn on the cob ever! I found the cotija cheese at Safeway in the gourmet cheese case. I also tied string around the husks to help hold them together and soaked them for the 30 minutes. Left them on during grilling and had no problem. I don't like heat so left out the habanero and the butter turned out just fine. Wonderful. Give it a try! Having a command performance tonight.

but skip the habenaro my fingers burned for hours and not goo when you have a new born just use a pepper that is no so crazy to handle

I made this delicious dish last night ? with steak fajitas ? for my wife and I; we both loved it. I substituted three chipolte peppers in obode for the habanero (which gave the garlic butter a sweeter/smokey taste) and served it with fresh homemade salsa.

This is the only way my husband and I will eat corn from now on. It was so simple and I am definitely not a great cook. This is something that I would feel comfortable cooking for a crowd of people. The garlic habanerro pepper butter was incredible. We added a little more habanerro to spice it up.

So easy to make and the guests at my bbq were so impressed! The garlic butter is fabulous and I could not find the cotija cheese, so I just substituted chihuahua cheese...turned out great!

My guests loved the heat that the pepper added to the garlic butter and it was so easy to throw the corn on the grill while I was grilling the other meats.

this is such a nice alternative to the norm corn on the cob! i didn't have peppers in the house so I used a few dashes of tabasco. next time I will chop the chives more first as they didn't break down as much as I would have wanted

At first I regretted grilling the corn as some of the corn got too brown. Boy was I wrong. This was the best C.O.T.C I have ever had! It was so smokey and the lime brought a fresh crisp taste and the butter and garlic a sweetness. I had some leftovers and sliced the corn off the cob and it was just as good cold at breakfast this morning!! Try this and you will never go back to the old way of preparing corn!
