I got love in my tummy in North Carolina....Do NOT mess these up by putting wet BBQ sauce on them. The dry rub is fantastic by itself. These were wonderful. Lots of flavors that go very well together. Meat was tender (don't overcook them!) and my mouth was as happy as can be. The hubby and I will definitely do these again. Saved remaining rub for a "drunk" chicken on the grill VERY soon.

This is THE recipe for baby back ribs. The dry rub is awesome. I've used it for a variety of ribs and chicken - but baby back is the best!

Over powered the taste of the meat. I followed the recipe. Maybe I put too much on. I will try it again and use less. I think it needs less salt. Not use.

We are really picky about our BBQ here in the South. My family thought these ribs turned out rather well. A good moderately spicy rub.

Great flavor...fast!

whole family loved these and the rub was easy. I made extra and stored it for the next time. I used a sweeter bbq sauce to complement the spicy rub

I was worried when I first applied the rub. The aroma was real strong and I felt like I had too much rub. While cooking the rub mellowed out alot and the taste was just supurb

GREAT RUB MAKE EXTRA!!

This is the best rub I've ever tasted on a baby back ribs. I like my ribs a little sweet and the both sugars made a difference. I omited down to 1 tablespoon of kosher instead of 2 because it can be concentrated. I added cherry wood CHUNKS not chips so it would grill a lot slower. This is the best ribs I've ever tasted unfortunately I only made one slab, but I had 3 riblets left over and I had that for breakfast. That's how good it is. This RUB rubbed me the right way!! Sorry I couldnt resist that!

I'm told my ribs are awesome!!

I love to BBQ. This is the best rib recipe. The rub was excellent. Soaked down to the bone with an over night marinating time. I did add my own sauce to dip but really wasn?t needed. Thank you!

I used this recipe for a BBQ i threw a few months back. I cooked 4 racks and they were gone within minutes of coming off the grill. My friends couldn't get enough. I made some minor changes to the dry rub and let them sit in the fridge for 14 hours rather than 35mins. But, I am not lying when I say that the ribs were just as tender as par boiled ribs. They didn't quite fall off the bone, though. However, I was cooking in an open grill and was unable to keep them covered for the first 30 mins, and I think had I been able to they would have.

tasty rub
