Need high-quality ingredients

I loved the simplicity of the dish, but because the recipe calls for only a few ingredients, they must be of very high quality. Because of time constraints, I bought store-grated parm cheese and I think that affected the overall flavor and texture of the dish. I would try this again, hoping that it would turn out better than my first time. I did add pancetta, which was a nice addition.

Very simple. It can accompany a lot of things.

This was a good recipe, and my kids really liked it. Actually, my older son ate 4 bowls of it! It's a great dish to make when you are in a hurry, as it is pretty easy and quick.

I didn't read the recipe as closely as I should have and seasoned the linquini with 2 teaspoons of salt right before serving. Needless to say it was too salty. But, I liked it well enough to try this recipe again. It is such a nice change from spaghetti sauce. Thanks Emeril from KentuckyCook.

This is a great and really easy recipie as is. BUT - it's a great canvas to play on, too. I added leftover, deboned chicken (from Ina Garten's indonesian chicken recipie), some burgundy olives, ripe tomatoes and a tiny bit of mint. It was UNBELIEVABLE. You could throw in some artichokes and garlic, too.

Excellent!!

I had all this linguine leftover and needed something to do with it so I found this recipe, plus I needed to hurry and make a quick lunch for my husband at the time. He loved it and thought it was great so this dish saved me!!!! I will make again....

I loved this pasta. I made it for my husband & he doesn't really like pasta but he thought this onewas very good. I'm not too thrilled about the parsley, maybe i'll try another herb.

I love this recipe. I watched Emeril make it on a show, then replicated it from memory. It's quick, simple and easy to make. My kitchen-challenged husband made it without a problem. I serve it often as a side.
