Had some left over lox I had put in the freezer. I defrosted it and used this recipe. My hubby loved it, and he doesent paticularly care for lox AKA smoked salmon.

This was almost too easy. Made this for a graduation party and it disappeared quickly. Made pita chips with dill instead of toast points. They were good but fell apart if they sat to long.

Fabulous recipe! Fast, easy and so incredibly tasty! I used a pound of smoked salmon and "ballparked" the other ingredients... It was gone in minutes!
