Fantastico! Use the stock for a seafood risotto, to cook shrimp or poach fish, or a paiella, or to make pasta and shrimp fra diavolo! Great Idea, use it all the time.I Never throw away a shrimp shell. Freeze the stock if you can't use it within a few days. You'll be glad you did! ciao! Tebaldi
