Nice Kick to Ham 03/20/2008 at 11:49pm User: Tiffany from Frisco, TX User Rating: This was a nice, tasty glaze for the ham steaks. The chili powder balanced well with the sweet flavors. Ham-Tastic! 02/16/2008 at 09:48pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Made this for a "frou-frou" wedding brunch and it was absolutely yummy. Served it with the "Baked Blueberry Pecan French Toast" and had several requests for the recipe. The weather was terrible so I had to broil the ham steaks in the oven and the ancho chili powder was really expensive for such a small amount needed, I just used regular chili powder and increased the amount. Will make again, hopefully able to use my grill next time! Quick and Easy 02/02/2006 at 04:32pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This recipe is delicious.
