i love to cook and made this dish for a group of friends. it was a hit! not difficult, but time consuming. to put a twist on this i added peperoni's to each layer of the lasagna, it was wonderful. great idea for a dinner party!

This was my first time to try Lasagna.I have always been afraid I would not make a good Lasagna if I ever tried to do it. I saw this recipe and it looked like ti would taste good and took just some cutting of the veggies. So I gave it a try. It truly is deliousous. And nto difficult at all. I just followed the directions and WOW it turned out GREAT!

Wow!I decided to make lasagna for the first time and so I tried this recipe...Amazing! Delicious combination of flavors. The only draw back - Time Consuming! Ensure you have a few hours on your hands for this one and make sure you use a FOOD PROCESSOR! LOL! A lot of dicing for this recipe but it is well worth it...

This was a great recipe for lasagna! I used a 9 by 7 inch pan and the lasagna turned out great. I agree that it was time consuming, but worth it.

I used mild sweet Italian sausage in place of the ground beef and whole wheat lasagna noodles for extra fiber. Other than a lengthy prep and cooking time it was great.
