I made this chocolate sauce for a dinner party. I served it over a triple vanilla pound cake. Wow! It couldn't have been simler to make. Everyone loved it. It was surprising light, not too sweet, and full of chocolate flavor.

This is so easy. I made it to go with Chocolate Pound Cake and vanilla ice cream and it was a hit. The semi sweet chocolate that I used was not the best and wasn't sweet enough for me. I added a little sugar and that helped.
