This was a quick and easy way to prepare breakfast...and very filling. I did tweak the recipe a little. I left out the tomatoes, cause I don't like them, and added diced ham. Everyone loved it, and it is good hot, and room temperature. Will be making again.

We made this last night for my son's 8th birthday. Not only did all three of my kids eat this, they asked for seconds. This is a great quick meal that everyone will love! I actually only used two whole eggs and four egg whites and broccoli along with the asparagus and it was wonderful. Thanks Giada!

I used this recipe for the technique, but made the frittata with sliced breakfast sausage and chopped red and green bell peppers. It was SO delicious!! And it was really easy--I'm young and fairly inexperienced at cooking. I was worried the eggs would be dry but I followed the recipe (covering the pan when it says to cook it undisturbed for a couple minutes) and it was moist and perfect! I would definitely suggest serving with a salad and/or bread--three of us (all pretty light eaters) polished this off easily last night.

Excellent!

I tried this one night as a side dish with dinner, and my kids and my husband LOVED it!! They don't like vegetables very much, but I made them try this, and much to my surprise they liked it! I do have to say that I was a little disappointed because I was hoping to have some left over for lunch, but we all devoured it!! I had an awesome flavor!

Like most of Giada's recipes, this Frittata is delectable. When I prepare it I do add just a few leaves of fresh rosemary after adding the eggs (before broiling). I think it adds to the flavor and aroma of frittata.

This went over big at a recent brunch I hosted for friends. Delicious and looks beautiful too with the red and green colors. The fontina cheese makes it. Just be careful to keep a close eye on it under the broiler. Mine got just a touch too brown on top so next time I will pull it out earlier. I actually made two of these at once, doubling the recipe and easily fed a crowd of 8 with leftovers.

This is the first dish of Giadda's I didn't care for. The fontina was too strong and it didn't cook all the way through. I threw the rest of it away. Honestly, the "South Beach" diet's Spinach Frittata blows this one away.

This dish is unbelievably easy to make and is a great easy dinner, or great for brunch (it really does impress). I have made it this way several times, and a few times I have tried different cheeses and veggies. It is extremely versatile. I made it last night with leftover spinach and mozzarella cheese, as that's all we had on hand and wanted a quick last minute dinner. GIADA, YOU ARE THE BEST CHEF ON FOOD NETWORK!!! I love your book, also. I bought 6 more for friends and family! Thank you for all the great recipes that even a not so experienced cook can easily follow!

This recipe is wonderful. I was looking for an easy dish to take to a pot luck brunch and tried this out on my husband. The only problem is, I'll need to make three of these for the brunch, it was that good!

quick to make - good recipe where you can be creative and add other veggies or other cheeses.
