This grilled pressed sandwich is absolutely delicious and easy to make. I have served it twice and my family just raves about it. It would be a welcomed side to a picnic. Yet, you could even make it a meal.

I was looking for something new to add to my Italian Romantic Film Party menu!Feeding guests through at least three movies was challenging to say the least! This is perfect as an appetizer! I used an olive salad blend & the flavors combined with the crunchy crust was spectacular! So easy! Everyone raved! Great way to use our panini maker! Thank you Michael!Ann
