I like that this is so rich, but not too sweet. Excellent without the Grand Marnier, too. I add a touch of cinnamon to mine. This is easy to make and guests will love it.

The texture of the mousse was great once it set. Although I thought it had an after taste that I wasn't a huge fan of. Not quite the right chocolate flavor I was looking for, although I love emeril's recipe's. Two of my friends tried it. One loved it although she did mention an aftertaste. The other though the liqueur was too much.

This is a great dessert. I've made it a few times now. This time I substituted the Grand Marnier with the zest of one orange and the feedback I got was very good.

i loved this! it has the perfect texture and the perfect rich chocolate flavour. it is incredibly simple to make. i substituted bailey's irish cream in place of the grand marnier which gave it a more creamy taste.

This is the best chocolate mousse recipe that I have ever used! I've made it many times and it hasn't once disappointed me. The texture and the flavor of the mousse is, for me, perfect. I make it with bittersweet chocolate, but I love dark chocolate, so if you're not up for an intense chocolate rush, I would reccommend using semisweet or a mix of semisweet and sweet (or milk) chocolate.

I was looking for a mousse to use as a filling for a triple layer chocolate cake that I make and found this wonderful recipe. It was worth the effort. I had extra mousse after spreading it between the layers of the cake and it was great as dessert by itself. By the way my cake was an even bigger crowd pleaser.

This is a good recipe if you like very dark chocolate mousse. The texture and taste is very good, although I thought it had a little too much chocolate. I would omit one or two ounces making it next time. Otherwise, you and your guests will enjoy it very much. Not difficult to make at all.
