I made this for Thanksgiving at the in-laws, and everyone liked it better than Mom's pecan pie! (I don't think I will be invited back to her house!)

Easy to make, except for the crust which is a little tempermental. Be sure to chill it long enough and use wax paper when rolling it or it's a tough time. Other than that, it tastes delicious. Very sweet, very rich and very, very good.

Pie didn't set up even after hours of cooling. It was runny and liquid like. Crust topping tasted yumy though!
