Made this recipe with acorn squash as part of a Sicilian themed Thanksgiving dinner. It was so easy to make and absolutely delicious. And...it was done in the time given in the recipe. Guests requested the recipe. Thanks you Mario

I used acorn squash for this recipe and it turned out great. I undercooked it a bit, but other than that, it was very tasty.

This recipe was my first time cooking acorn squash and it turned out really well. I would suggest a little more than 3 T of honey and red wine vinegar and chopping the squash into smaller pieces because it was easier to marinate them in the glaze.

This is very delicious if made as per the show. The recipe calls for salt sprinkled on the squash as it cooks. Mario tells you that it will sweat and not brown if you do this.
