Excellent presentation value. A lot of chopping and ingredients for just a casual affair. Make sure to get the lemon water ready before chopping chokes, as they will get brown if exposed to air. Good flavor, looks wonderful and would be great for a fancy party. For me and my girlfriend, it was just OK.

The artichokes were much easier to prepare than I had expected. However, they turned brown instantly before putting into the lemon water and the flavor was not that exciting.

I make this recipe all the time, sometimes I use the artichokes as the base and sometimes I cut them up into the mixture and serve it on toasted italian bread!

I tried this for company. It was a hit and an easy to make ahead recipe. I didn't change a thing. Served it with some toasted baguette slices for the extra stuffing. Yum!

I'm an avid artichoker and I felt the flavor didn't suit nor flatter the divine choke. I usually love trying a variety of ingredients but they ruined the artichoke.

This recipe is soooo good. I actually used canned artichokes and quartered them to make it easier. I love this one as a vegetarian meal.

i substituted feta for the bread. It packs a bite, but is great for those that like that. I found it best when served very cold.
