Ii have been making this stuffing for about 4 years and it's always been a hit at the dinner table. It may be too sweet for some people but I think it's just perfect.

Nice change

I was not sure at first but when I started making it, it was easy to make and it was not sweet like I thought that it was going to be. I will have it again next year.

Not your grandma's stuffing

Tired of boring stuffing? Try this unusual & satisfying alternative. However, the flavor profile is exotic and may cause those less adventurous to freak. I used a Pomodoro from A.G. Ferrari Foods in Palo Alto, CA, which is basically a Panettone without the raisins, since the recipe called for raisins to be added anyway; I chose to use fennel instead of celery, which added another exotic dimension. Then, I used cranberries instead of dried sour cherries, it being thanksgiving and all. Easy to make too.

Yuck!

This recipe has wonderful flavors and does not contain any meat products, so if that is a concern for you, this recipe is a great option. The texture and qualities of the panettone are so unique - it creates a wonderful basis for this stuffing.

exquisit!

I made this stuffing last year and it was a very big hit, even if you aren't a fan of sweet stuffing. I will be making this again this year!

My husband and I love this stuffing. Reminds me of the kind of stuffing my mom made when I was a child.

This stuffing ruined our thanksgiving. AND it took longer to make than the turkey. I'm still mad almost a year later. Please do not make it--or if you insist, make regular stuffing as well. Trust me!

Colorful and easy

This stuffing is delicious and easy to make. So colorful and perfect for harvest season. I've made it the last several years at Thanksgiving and it is a favorite of my Cousin Natalie's. Last year we just about had to wrestle it away from her; we're hoping she'll behave herself at our next gathering. But with stuffing this good--honey, I wouldn't bet on it. I leave out the dried apricots and substitute dried peaches. I also increase the dried cherries--love those. Apricots were a bit strong and not favored by my family--but they were all that was left of the stuffing.

Nice and Sweet

We made this along with a traditional stuffing. It was a bit hit and nice change. We will make it again. It makes great leftover breakfast the next day too!
