My family really enjoyed this dish. Herbs were more evident the second day.

This is very easy to prepare and even easier to eat! I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef and my entire family agreed this dish is a keeper for sure. Oh, for a second meal I used 1/4 t red pepper flakes. I will make this many more times. Thanks for the recipe Sara.

Tastes like your typical hamburger helper type meal, just not as tasty. I used the 4% ground beef - never terribly flavorful and the low fat cheese doesn't melt very well - you can lift it off in a sheet. Overall, it tastes very 'low fat'. Also, a little too much heat for my taste (red pepper) - I would cut it down next time.

I used whole wheat macaroni, which was wonderful. I used a little too much onion. This was a great dish to cut into serving sizes and put in the freezer.

My rather finicky kids actually saw the macaroni lasagna recipe on TV and asked me to make it. I didn't have cheddar on hand, so I used sliced mozzarella instead, and it turned out great. Very simple and quick to make, and very tasty. It's a recipe I'll make again! Thanks!
