So ... This is the first non-processed meal i have ever made (successfully, last time i tried meat loaf and turned the oven on to self clean [cut me some slack, i'm a bachelor].) I got confused with the recipe because it calls for these frozen chopped onions in the ingredients, but never mentions it again. Overall though, easy to make. Also, it tasted good. almost had a thai peanut chicken taste. Maybe I made it wrong, I dont know. I am looking forward to leftovers though.

I did not like this recipe at all. I was so excited to try it after reading all of the recipes but very disappointed after actually making it. I will not be making this again :(

This was an excellent dish. All of the ingredients combined perfectly to make an easy and delicious chicken dinner. Hubby loved it and asked me to make sure I made it again. I used boneless chicken breasts instead of thighs.

Great!

The chicken was outstanding! We didn't even marinate it for an hour. Cut the cooking time a little. Served with quinoa and green peas, and a vegetable saute on the side. Super fab! My husband loved it!

This dish was really yummy!! I love recipes that I can get ready the night before and just toss in the oven when everyone gets home. I can't wait to eat the leftovers! Unfortunately, there is not enough for everyone!

very nice

I made this for my family and they liked it too. I did not use the chili sauce, to not make it too spicy for my kids. It was delicious. Using the thighs, you have nice tasty chicken that is not dry.

This recipe is yummy. The only thing that I did to make it better was to reserve some of the marinade to drizzle over the chicken before serving because what is in the pan after cooking is watery. Trust me, it is so much better.

My family and I loved this dish! The marinade is awesome!!! I doubled the recipe and added skinned and boned chicken breasts that I cut in half. I am going to experiment with different chicken pieces and possibly pork down the road.

A Repeat Recipe!

The recipe was effortless and delicious! I substituted curry paste in place of curry powder and it gave it a nice complex taste. A definite repeat recipe! Yummy.

It was delicious and only marinated for 5 hours. A definite repeat. I used curry paste instead of curry powder and had a gourmet mustard with full grain, thus only put in half of recommended amount. I may try this recipe next time with chicken wings and drumsticks!

This is a winner!

Wonderful recipe. I substituted chopped shallots for the chopped onions, omitted the red pepper flakes, and used more Asian hot chili sauce (I like the complex, hot, flavor). The chicken thighs I used were small and only needed about 40 minutes to bake. I made this for the second time today and made extra marinade to try with something else. Since the chicken needed to marinate overnight, I marinated a salmon fillet for an hour before baking for 10-15 minutes. The flavor was exceptional. I think this marinade would work well with other fish or even with pork.

Dijon Chicken Delight

Whoa mama this is a good recipe. The whole family went back for 2nds and kept saying things like ?this is good? and ?put this in your make again file? and when their mouths were full they would point to the dish with their forks and nod their heads up and down. There are no leftovers for a weekday evening meal. I did a short broil at the end for color and I cut the red pepper flakes in half (sensitive palettes at my place) and think that the recipe has that perfect blend of heat, sweet, and mustard flavors. A 10 out of 10 !!!

Great curry!

I was worried that the chicken would come out bland since I didn't marinate it overnight, but it came out great. I made sure to make a double helping of the sauce and the chicken was drenched in it as it baked. Chicken was great and the left over sauce allowed my family to have an extra kick to their rice if they wanted it.

It Was Excellent

This chicken recipe was a super hit. When my sister got home, she said, ?something smells really good?? Everybody at the house liked, though it was a bit spicy for my taste. I will omit one of the spicy ingredients. Adding toasted sesame seeds to garnish it when I served it, added a nice nutty taste that made it even more delicious. It will definitely be served at our dinner table again and again.

I only had time to marinate the chicken for about 2 hours, but it was so good, and moist! I did not have curry on hand nor the chili paste, so i improvised with red curry paste, red pepper (cayenne). It was a hit, even my 2 year old liked it!

I made this for my boyfriend last night, it came out fantastic, and was super easy to make! I'll be making it again in a few weeks, and I'm looking forward to the leftovers! I didn't use chicken thighs, I used thin sliced boneless, which speeded up the baking time.

haven't changed my mind...

...about curry yet. I'm not a big fan of curry, but thought I would try this recipe anyway for something different. I thought it was okay, but the folks I served it to seemed to really like it - they took the leftovers home anyway. It might improve on me with a little less mustard.
