Huge hit!!! 04/28/2007 at 08:29am User: Julie from Miami, FL User Rating: I was surprised by how well this salad went over. My husband, who is a very picky eater, could not get enough of it. Delicious!!! Refreshing Change 04/24/2005 at 04:58pm User: ADRIENNE from Wheaton, IL User Rating: For the Greek flavors to really come through we used the oregano, kalamata olives and a good amount of feta. That seemed to set it apart from just another salad. Black olives were too strong as black olives go. The feta was like the icing on the cake. Great accompaniment to Rachael's Greek recipes. And oh so easy to toss together. Can cut most of it up ahead of time, then finish it quickly just before serving! Pleasing to the eyes and mouth 02/08/2005 at 02:21am User: DIANA from portland, OR User Rating: This dish offers great presentation. We made it during the Olympics. Our family enjoyed it along with the other entree, Chicken and Spinach in Phyllo Cups. Will make it again! |
