I prepared this salad and shared it with my neighbors, daughter and grandchildren. My 6 year old grandson said to me, "Grandma, when are you gonna make that salad again with the tuna on top. I really loved that salad...lol. So I guess I will have to try that one again.

This recipe is fantastic. The salad is so fresh and really easy to make. I used greek seasoning in the dressing instead of the oregeno and grilled chicken instead of tuna. A little feta garnish and it's awesome!

Add feta

Adding feta to this salad really improved it. Also, since we are not all tuna fans, we used canned chicken. I think I would prefer grilled chicken.

Filling but not heavy :)

Perfect for a summer dinner - it's filling but not heavy. The flavors work very well together. I recommend you try it.

Tailgate Party Pleaser

This salad is a snap to make. I took it to a tailgate party, and it disappeared in a flash. My husband is not much of a salad person, but his comments said it all..."I could eat this everyday." Thanks Rachael, you hit this one out of the ballpark.

fantastic!

Fantastic! I didn't know if it would be so filling--I halved the recipe and served it as a dinner. Great taste, very filling, felt very healthy!

Add me to the growing list of people who gave this dish 5 stars. It is a very unique flavor combination, and keeps very well in the fish. A very interesting way to eat tuna, and easy.

This is a wonderful combination of my favorite veggies! And the tuna goes well with it. Leftovers were good for lunch the next day. Great complement to the Chicken, Spinach & Feta on Phyllo main dish.

I love to try new dishes so I don't repeat recipes very often. But this one is my favorite...bar none. I make this one for everything. It is such a wonderful side salad and makes a great meal in the summer. I also put macaroni in with sometimes to give some variation.

(As Rachael says) Yum-O!!

Refreshing Change

User: ADRIENNE from Wheaton, IL    User Rating:
For the Greek flavors to really come through we used the oregano, kalamata olives and a good amount of feta. That seemed to set it apart from just another salad. Black olives were too strong as black olives go. The feta was like the icing on the cake. Great accompaniment to Rachael's Greek recipes. And oh so easy to toss together. Can cut most of it up ahead of time, then finish it quickly just before serving!

This dish offers great presentation. We made it during the Olympics. Our family enjoyed it along with the other entree, Chicken and Spinach in Phyllo Cups. Will make it again!
