I'm always looking for quick and easy dishes that taste terrific, and this one fills the bill perfectly. I was looking for a recipe to use with my freshly picked chanterelles and this one got rave reviews by my family. This will be a fall favorite during chanterelle season!

Best Ever, Sara....

This is so wonderful and so easy....I had 1&1/2 inch thick chops and needed to bake them after browning...found this recipe, extended the baking time about 10 minutes, and they were wonderful........I doubled the chops and sauce, but next time will make even more sauce. Didn't have wild mushrooms, but the button ones did just fine.....Never will have dry tasteless chops again.....thanks Sara

Yum, my family really liked this one. I think next time I will make double the sauce so we have leftover sauce to dip in the meat. I didn't have much leftover after it cooked.

Little sauce but still good

Mine had almost no sauce (maybe I reduced it too long?) but the mushrooms and pork chops were still good, and my family loved it.

Instructions not completely clear

This meal tasted good, but the instructions were not all that clear. Are you supposed to put the mushrooms in with the pork chops and bake? Are you supposed to cover the pork chops and bake, or leave them uncovered? I ended up covering. I left the mushrooms out during the baking because I figured they would get too mushy during the baking.

I made this dish, last night, for the first time. It was wonderful! The pork chops were so tender and it was really easy to make. This will definitely be a recipe that I will make over and over again. I would recommend making more of the sauce. The sauce was so delicous, I wanted more! Thanks Sara!
