Good stuff!

My grandma used to make turkey divan after Thanksgiving every year. This brought back a lot of memories! My family voted to not add any almonds and it ended up just fine. I added a tad more curry and a touch of cayenne because not everything is a democratic process. It's MY kitchen afterall!!

This recipe is so easy. I made it for company and they raved. This one is a real keeper!

Yummy!

Both kids and hubby liked this recipe. Broccoli didn't hold shape, and ended up mixed in with the sauce and kinda mushy. Think next time, I'll try it without steaming the broccoli first.

Very tasty....especially the next day

I eliminated the almonds, simply because I didn't have any. I thought it was slightly bland, but thought the flavors improved overnight and it tasted much better re-heated the next day.

good

This was pretty good. You really have to season the chicken while you cook it or the chicken pieces will taste bland. I poached the chicken and used that broth for the recipe.

comfort food!

I had horrible "tuna noodle" memories from childhood. My Mother obviously couldn't create the rich complex of cosy flavors this casserole has!

Best Chicken Dish

I've made this twice and it was so good. One of the best chicken dishes I have ever had. I used frozen brocoli instead of fresh and steamed just to make it easier. I will be making this many more times

my family loves this

It's not hard to make and absolutely delicious. I leave out the nuts due to family alergies.

Good basic recipe

Ms. Moulton was giving us a canvas with this recipe. It's a wonderful basic recipe: easy, delicious. There are a lot of ways to make this YOUR liking, but you have to create it, so you should do so! I added shallots, a bit of garlic, some prosciutto, and some basil. If you really like to cook, you'll make this recipe your recipe, and I think that was the point of her doing "5 ingredients".

VERY VERY BLAND

Don't skip the nutmeg!

The sauce makes this dish seem elegant even though it is so easy to put together. The Nutmeg might seem strange, but I think it is the best element of the sauce. I under bake some chicken brests while I am putting the sauce together and arrange the casserole dish then slice chicken on the diagonal so that it is perfectly tender.

Perfect!

This dish was so creamy and satisfying. The broccoli ads nice balance. One of my favorite recipes!

Virtually Tasteless

I found this recipe to be very bland and lacking taste. I would not make this again. Want to save time? Just pour a can of condensed Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup over a few chicken breasts, broccoli pieces, sprinkle with almonds, and you've got yourself a better tasting dish than this with a lot less time and effort.

very good

This recipe was easy to prepare and was so rich and creamy. My family loved it. I've been making chicken divan for 20 years but this is by far the best recipe 've ever tried. I will use this one for the next 20 years.

This turned out much better than I expected, the recipe seemed so simple but the sauce is what makes it so delicious. I added sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms to the sauce as well as cheddar cheese, it tasted incredible. My husband loved it and asked when I could make it again.

easy and delicious

this was a snap to make and everyone loved it. I used whole wheat flour as the thickener which gave it a slightly more robust flavor.

Fantastic Change to Chicken!

This was a great, easy and tasty recipe. My husband is a chicken-only man, and I had to find something to keep me interested in it. This recipe did the trick! It was easy to make, didn't require all the non-essentials that you hate to buy at the market, and had a texture that was new and delicious. I would also recommend this recipe to the low-carbers out there as I didn't see much room for high carbs to get into that recipe.

not as good as I thought it would be

This was an extremely easy reciepe to follow and it tasted like you made the sauce for hours. My entire family ate it up and even had seconds. This is definitely a keeper and would even be nice as a dish for entertaining.
