These tasted great but it was difficult to try and get the balls to stick together as actual balls. After being in the fridge for a bit it helped but not as much as I had hoped.

Yummy and Easy!

These take about 5 mins and are so yummy! I did not have the problem that other reviewers had with the balls sticking. I use Organic Peanut Butter which I refrigerate --it's kinda like glue : ) So i had no problem at all.

These were good but hard to keep held together. I doubled the recipe but didn't think that would affect the balls staying together.

tastes great, but does not hold together

I made half the recipe. These would not stick together and looked nothing like the picture. I do not know how she gets them to be so densely packed into a perfect round shape. Mine were loosely packed, misshapen clumps that kept falling apart. I wore plastic gloves because I knew they'd be a mess. But they tasted great!

Quick, easy and yummy!

These were delicious, but sort of difficult to roll into balls. After mixing everything together (with just a little milk added), I spread the mixture in a thick layer onto a cookie sheet and stuck it in the fridge. After awhile, it was cold enough to squish into balls- but they still kind of fell apart. The longer they sat in the fridge, the better they stuck together.

Taste is a 4 star!! But balls?? No way! Fun to mix, fun to eat....not something that could be made into balls and slipped into a kid's lunch! If anyone figures this one out, I'd love to hear back!

Couldn't make it stick together

I don't know what I did wrong, but I could not make this recipe stick together. It tasted good, but I probably won't make it again. I refrigerated the lump for a few hours and was then able to get it into very loose balls. I then froze it in order for us to be able to eat it.

Delicious & easy

Made with things most people have in their kitchen, this is a fantastic snack food! It takes only a few minutes, but the results are satisfying and delicious! All of the ingredients lead to a satisfying snack for anyone who needs a mid-day "pick-me-up."

Easy to make, tasty, but I'd use a cookie baller to make the forms. It got too messy for me to roll.

You may have started World War III by saying the WILDCATS are from Louisville! Just don't tell anyone you said it. By the way, it's the Kentucky Wildcats and the Louisville Cardinals. SSssshhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Great recipe by the way. Would be good at a Kentucky Wildcat tailgate party!! :)

This is so similar to the 'Peanut Butter Bear Balls' my daughters and I made years ago. We held everything together with powdered milk. It added nutrition to the mixture without having to be refrigerated before lunch. But isn't this a yummy taste treat.

Why buy the pre-packaged, processed, peanut butter granola bites when these are so good and so easy?!! I used a cookie dough scooper to make the balls for less mess.

This is another great recipe. Fast, easy and they are gone as soon as you can get them on the table. Usually they don't make it off the kitchen cabinet until they are wanting more.

LEXINGTON WILDCATS!!!!!

Your Peanut Butter Balls may be good, but you have your teams MIXED UP!!! The Louisville CARDINALS are BIG rivals of the University of Kentucky Wildcats from LEXINGTON, KY. Your so called friend must be a figment of your imagination!! We don't HAVE Louisville Wildcats in the state of Kentucky. Get it right or you better not show your balls in KY--HA!!HA!!!

Excellent

The recipe is quick and easy! Which is a plus for me. However, the owners of the recipe obviously know very little about college sports! She referred to the Kentucky wildcats as the Louisville widlcats! FYI..... It's the Louisville cardinals and the Kentucky wildcats! I don't think Kentucky or Louisville fans would appreciate the mishap!

These were so easy and fun to make! Like others said, I also had a hard time getting the mixture to stick in the ball form, I added a little bit more peanut butter then the recipe calls for - but I couldnt help it I love peanut butter!! I chilled the mixture for about an hour, and then it easily rolled into little granola balls. I will definatly make these for my kids someday when I have them!

not that the recipe was bad...

I tried the recipe and I liked it alright, but the description is what turned me off. Being from Kentucky, I noticed that you knew nothing about this state. The rivalry U of L could not be bigger. I was a huge mistake to say the 'Go Cats' cheer was for the Louisville Wildcats. The University of Louisville's mascot is the cardinals; they have no 'Go Cats' cheer. The University of Kentucky in Lexington does have a 'Go Cat's' cheer. You can say Kentucky Wildcats, but saying the Louisville Wildcats was a huge faux paw. This mistake seems small to some people, but it is huge to kentuckians and cannot be ignored.

If you are having trouble making these into balls, you can use a mini-muffin tin. Just scoop the mixture into the muffin tin wells and press down.

These are sooo delicious! I agree they were difficult to roll into balls. I ended up changing the portions of ingredients which helped rolling them. I ended up using approximately: 6 1/2 T. of peanut butter (regular, creamy); 2 1/2 T. of honey; 2 1/4 cups of granola; and 2 T. of milk. Please note these measurements are approximate. I just kept adding here and there to try and make it easier to roll which eventually helped a lot! I got them rolled without having to refrigerate first. They are in the fridge now but I don't think they'll be there long they are sooo good!

Louisville Wildcats - what a riot! that was cute, or sac-religious...Go Cats! I used less granola than called for, and beat it in a baggie before mixing in (otherwise too chunky). i added about a TBLS or so of dry milk, and a splash of milk as needed, and was able to roll into balls with a little muscle just fine. only bad thing is it doesn't make enough - just go ahead and double or triple! AWESOME!! and so fast!

Not bad

These taste pretty good, but as others have said, it was difficult getting these rolled into balls. It was pretty messy, and I even increased the amount of peanut butter.
