Thanks for the great easy recipe. Loved it and directions were so easy to follow. The only thing I did differently was saute a little chopped ginger with the garlic because I love the taste and smell combined.

Saw Emeril live put this dish together. Seeing was believing. It is a easy, fast and pretty tasty main course. The only problem is the recipe accidentally omits 1 or 2 Tbsp of sesame oil for the wok. I think that is what Emeril used. At least it is what I use when I stir fry foods in the wok. The recipe states, "Add the oil" but neglects to mention the amount and type of "oil."

Outstanding!

Wonderful recipe! I used a left over pork cutlet and it still came out fantastic. I doubled the sauce ingrediants because we like extra with our rice. I also threw in a few bok choy stalks. Definitely will make this again. My husband ate three helpings and asked, "What is this again?"
