This was very good. I was wanting something to serve for a summer outdoor party and it was a hit. I added black olives and capers. A keeper.

This was so refreshing! I cut the recipe in half for testing and wished I'd made the whole batch. I substituted the feta for parmesean so people could add it if they wished (daughter is vegetarian) and added the fresh arugula as I served it because the recipe said to add it at the last minute. Great side salad for a barbeque!

good recipe, made a few modifications. used sundried tomatoes instead of fresh, white balsamic vinegar instead of white wine vinegar, and added toasted pine nuts. needed a bit more dressing than recipe calls for, although we used whole wheat pasta which may have made salad a bit drier. very, very tasty!

It seemed like it needed a bit of sweetness added to it. It was sour and not a well rounded taste.

Everyone who tastes this salad...Loves It! They always want the recipie
