So simple and easy to make. I also added mushrooms and a couple pickled beets on ours. Of course you need to know if others like beets, but it was really nice. Great salad for guests that won't take a lot of time to prepare. Thanks Rachael

Very Good! Thank you.

I tried this last night and was very impressed. I didn't have any red onion, so I just used some thinly sliced Vidalia onion. I also added some toasted slivered almonds. The dressing was a bit too tangy for me, so I used double the amount of marmalade and it came out just right. Thanks, Rachael!!

The dressing was a little bit on the sweet side for my tastes, so I'll probably use less of the marmalade next time (or find a fresher, less sugary version). This was a nice twist on a spinach salad--and super easy!

This salad is a winner. My husband didn't think much of the addition of the mandarin oranges when he saw me making the salad, but then couldn't stop raving about how delicious the salad was. I don't like raw onions and so omitted them from my portion and it was still delicious. I did cut down on the olive oil a little (more like 1/4 cup.

Superb!!

Wonderful, easy salad to make. I didn't have baby spinach, so just coarsely chopped regular spinach. The dressing was nice and the onions and mandarin oranges added nice taste. Thanks, Rachel, for yet another great recipe!

This salad is worth making. The marmalade and vinegar creates an interesting taste. I always soak my chopped red onions in ice water for awhile to take some of the bite out of the onions. My husband and I love red onions but this is the only way we can eat them. So, if you are sensitive to the onions, please try this tip.

Although it only took a couple of minutes to prepare this salad, it was really not to my liking. Maybe it was the tangy & sweet taste to it. My husband liked it though so good for him.

This is one of the easiest salads I ever made. The salad itself has only three ingredients and the same for the dressing. I made this for Christmas Eve and it looked wonderful on my white china and tasted even better. I recommend this for people who have little time but, want to make a big impression.
