This guacamole is soooo good & so easy to prepare. It does not last long at my house - usually less than 30 minutes & people are practically licking the bowl! I like the tomato & the kick from the jalapeno pepper.

There are a couple of things you can do to really bring out the flavor of this dip. Instead of lemon juice, use a lime,add cillontro,and some garlic salt. This give it that authentic mexican flavor. I used this recipe,put it in a contest and won. Not only did it win, it was devoured very quickly.

I never had guacamole before but because i had an avocado I decided to try it. I will never try any other recipe because I don't believe anyone can top this! I didn't have a jalapeno pepper and forgot the tomato. Can't wait to make this with all the ingredients.

Super easy to make, but be sure that your avocadoes are ripe. Ours were not ripe, and we had to use a food processor to chunk them up. Other than that, the guac was great - everyone loved the garlic!

I've made this a couple of time's and it is so easy to make and taste's great. At first I used a food chopper to blend all the ingredients, now I just mix it with a fork, it is much chunkier that way and just as tasty. One less item to wash as well.

This recipe was very user friendly. I would suggest adding lime juice rather than lemon...and maybe a hint of cilantro. I guess it depends on what you like.

Absolutely love this guacamole and everyone that has tried it loves it too!! I like to put my own twist on it by using lime instead of lemon, a red onion instead of yellow, and I use a salsa from the deli instead of chopping up a tomato to finish it off. Delicious!!!

Super easy, fast and delicious! I won't make guacamole any other way. Only thing I changed was adding a bit of fresh cilantro, which I grow in my herb garden. I used Rachael's trick of grinding the garlic into the salt with a knife before adding to the bowl, which she did on the episode but isn't mentioned in the recipe.

I took this to a summer bbq and EVERYONE raved! The garlic kick really made it, but I did use limes instead of lemons. Be careful with those jalepeno peppers, the juices stay on your fingers for a long time.

I have been making this recipe since the first time i saw the show about 2 years ago. I love it! Even people who claim to not like guacamole love it. I use lime instead of lemon, red onion instead of yellow and make the garlic into a paste like Rachael does on the show. I also omit the tomatoes and add a little cilantro. YUM-O

I have been looking for a good recipe for guacamole. I had to resort to 2 avacados and guacamole mix. Then I seen this recipe and tried it and it is AWESOME! It is a perfect mix of fresh fruits and veggies and it leaves your mouth with a zing.

I guess I thought if it was Garlicky Guacamole I figured it would have a lot of garlic flavor...but it didn't. When I make this again, I'll add another clove. Not enough to overpower the avocado, but enough to taste it.

I had never made guacamole and I new Racheal Ray could help. I love garlic so I thought why not try it! I increased the garlic a bit and already had some red onion cut up so I threw that in - and WOW DELICIOUS! Even my boyfriend who turns his nose up at anything new ate half the bowl! I thought is was okay but too much on the onions the first time I made it so the 2nd time I cut the onion back and it is great! Just tweak it to your taste.

I followed the recipe but found out that 1/2 an onion is a lot. If you like guac dip with a lot of onion, this is the correct measurements. I think that next time I am putting in less onion and one more avacodo just to make it a little more guacy. Other than that it was great.

I don't like tomatoes in my Quacamole, so I omit them. I also add more garlic than they said and more avocadoes (as I was feeding more people). This is how my husband and I always make Quacamole! Our friends always come over b/c of our quacamole. Enjoy!

Super easy to make, and so quick! The garlic and jalepeno add just enough 'zap' to make it spicy, but not too spicy to enjoy. Great for a quick snack or double it for a group! Takes about 5 minutes to make and your done!

This dip is the first to disappear off the party buffet. It's the zing of the garlic, the crunch of that little bit of red onion, and the bite from the jalapeno that keeps them dippin'. I've lost track of the number of times I've made this. I use the juice of half of a lemon and really squeeze out the tomato seeds/juice to keep this from thinning. Did I say that I've started to double the recipe?...it goes just that fast! Thanks Rachael.
