heavinly 12/30/2006 at 12:55am User: rebekah from alpharetta, GA User Rating: this chocolaty treat is great for parties or a dessert after dinner Well worth the work 12/16/2006 at 11:02am User: Anonymous User Rating: These cookies required a lot of work. When I bake them again I will spread the work out over a few days so the baking won't be so intenstive. (ie, nut preparation on one day, mixing on another and baking on another). Not sure if I didn't use enough nuts or what the case was but the cookies came out somewhat flat. They still looked great and were a great crowd pleaser. Perfect Italian Balance 12/08/2005 at 02:36pm User: Lauren from Warresnburg, MO User Rating: These cookies are rich but not too sweet. I took an easier approach and didn't pipe them out and they were beautiful that way too. cool 07/26/2005 at 05:43pm User: Anonymous User Rating: rjwjealrt WOW! 07/13/2007 at 12:53pm User: carla from new rochelle, NY User Rating: I made these cookies for my son's pre-school class. The kids liked them, but the parents LOVED them! Loved it! 07/01/2004 at 01:32pm User: GLORIA from Kalamazoo, MI User Rating: If you love chocolate you will love this. Sweet, smooth and delicate. Yum! mess 04/06/2005 at 12:35pm User: Anonymous User Rating: while they where baking they fell apart, what a mess,i`m not making them again never, ,,, Chocolate-Hazelnut Kisses: Baci D'Alassio 03/31/2005 at 10:27am User: Anonymous User Rating: It's good. I used the dried out shelled hazelnuts with skin, so I'm sure it'll even be better if you toast them and remove the skin. Labor Intensive! 02/09/2006 at 07:17am User: Anonymous User Rating: I found these cookies a little bit labor intensive. Very difficult to pipe through the pastry bag! Also, a discrepancy or a mistake in a recipe is one thing, but food poisoning can be life threatening. "Leave them at room temperature uncovered overnight"? With raw egg whites, that's too risky, and weren't the unbaked cookies refrigerated overnight on the show? The recipe, although obviously changed to fit the home baker, is very different from the one on the show. |
