Very good 12/19/2006 at 06:47pm User: MICHELE from Grand Rapids, MI User Rating: This is not the absolute best fried rice I've ever made but it is a close second. A dash of soy sauce and some srichira hot sauce really help zip things together. VERY GOOD! 12/04/2006 at 01:45pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This recipie was so good and easy. I ate leftovers for days!! I added a little more soy sauce. I added maybe about a quarter cup of soy sauce after everything else had been added and it helped a great deal. Great Rice! 10/11/2004 at 12:45pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This was my 1st time making fried rice. I must sey that it was so easy and the flavor was great! I mixed up tons of veggies in this dish. You can really make this recipe your own because it takes any aditions very well. the best 10/05/2005 at 05:03pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The best fried rice recipe I've tasted. great 10/02/2004 at 03:19pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Its so good and very flavorful. Great easy recipe Horrible, DO NOT TRY! 09/28/2005 at 11:02pm User: Melissa from Chula Vista, CA User Rating: This was the worst fried rice I have ever eaten. There was way too much ginger in this recipe. It was really horrible and I don't recommend this to anyone. delicious! 09/27/2005 at 09:48am User: KAY from Newark, DE User Rating: This was easy and really great. Just give yourself time to cook the rice and really let it cool completely. bland 09/26/2006 at 10:56pm User: Anonymous User Rating: very disappointed fried rice 09/21/2005 at 09:55am User: Tracey from zanesville, OH User Rating: very good Bleh 09/19/2005 at 04:45pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I guess I was expecting something with, well, flavor. Where's the soy sauce? I guess no one said this was Chinese fried rice, huh? yum 09/14/2005 at 09:08am User: Lisa from Pickerington, OH User Rating: I used fresh vegetables (zucchini, carrots and green and hot peppers), cooked with sesame oil, and added some soy sauce (at the recommendation of others!)- fabulous! I also did one using fresh fish and it was yum-m-y. Good Fried RIce 09/07/2006 at 01:52pm User: Kristen from Fort Worth, TX User Rating: I was always intimidated to make fried rice, but this recip was easy to follow and yummy!!! I really liked it, but I did add soy sauce to my liking. Fabulous Rice!! 08/18/2004 at 02:40pm User: CAROLE from Lake George, NY User Rating: I love this recipe, though the chopping takes a little time. Yes, you have to stay on top of it, but we use it for a main course. My husband loves it and he is a big soy sauce fan. I just use a little more garlic and ginger and he finds he doesn't need to add all that salt. Much healthier! Also a great way to use leftover veggies. Better than restaurant's 08/17/2005 at 07:37pm User: NICOLE from Grover Beach, CA User Rating: This recipe tasted better than pretty much all fried rice dishes i have tried at restaurants. I added some soy sauce and didn't add ginger or the regular onion (just the scallops) to it to give it the flavor i wanted. I also used chicken instead of ham. This recipe is great in a sense that it allows you to give it personal touches. Really good! 08/15/2005 at 03:39am User: AMANDA from Cape Canaveral, FL User Rating: Really good!!! Its better than the Chinese Take-out and cheaper! THANK YOU! Quick & Easy Accompaniment! 08/04/2004 at 05:02pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This was a simple recipe to follow and turned out as good as one would imagine! Recommend it for sure! Not bad - easy to make 07/30/2004 at 04:42pm User: KIM from hazleton, PA User Rating: A little bland compared to my local chinese takeout but I will add some of my favorite veggies next time I try this and pep it up a bit. Otherwise, it went well with my chicken and broccoli main dish. YUMMY 07/29/2005 at 03:32pm User: PRISCILLA from San Marcos, TX User Rating: This fried rice recipe is very good and very easy. The whole family loved it. The taste is just wonderfully good! Better than Chinese take out 07/17/2004 at 05:05pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The fried rice was delicious although I would recommend making with a maindish that requires little attention because making it for the first time I felt like I really needed to stay on top of the steps. It was definately worth it though and better than our local Chinese take out. 07/14/2004 at 10:48pm User: KEVIN from LA, CA User Rating: GREAT 07/09/2006 at 08:28pm User: Kristy from Alpharetta, GA User Rating: The fried rice tasted excellent! I tried it with the jasmine rice, and it is the best fried rice that I have ever had. Better than takeout... 06/23/2004 at 12:39pm User: KIMBERLY from Sicklerville, NJ User Rating: Especially when you finish this off with a spash of soy sauce and a sprinkling of sesame oil. To me, without the addition of the soy sauce and sesame oil, the fried rice is just okay (hence, just 4 stars). Good Stuff! 06/02/2004 at 10:25pm User: KIMBERLY from Glendale, AZ User Rating: This was much, much better than the soy sauce laden fried rice you get in most restaurants. I added some shrimp that I had marinated in garlic and ginger. My husband loved it and asked if I'd be willing to make it for a pot luck at work for 20! pasta 05/29/2004 at 04:05am User: ANDY from las vegas, NV User Rating: gud Awesome 05/09/2006 at 09:20am User: Annette from Columbia, MO User Rating: This was an easy recipe that was absolutely delicious. Even my 9 year old who is not a big rice fan loved it. Love this recipe! 05/06/2007 at 01:22am User: Christine from Chicago, IL User Rating: Although I have never used ham, I absolutely love this recipe and have made it dozens of times - with chicken, ground beef and shrimp. Make sure to completely cool the rice if you are making it for the recipe (I've even thrown it in the freezer). I agree that it does need soy, but I have always added it after it's cooked (much like the restaurants do) along with some chow mein noodles. It's so easy and tasty! it iz good 03/10/2005 at 06:19pm User: Anonymous User Rating: 4 Tasty 03/05/2005 at 11:59am User: SHARON from Lompoc, CA User Rating: I made this for breakfast with leftover teriyaki meatloaf instead of the ham.
