I have made these twice and omitted the chocolate chips each time. These were the easiest and most delicious peanut butter cookies I have tasted in a long time. We had a fresh batch Christmas morning and the family gave their seal of approval as well!!!

I tried doubling this recipe and believe it or not, they taste bland. I didnt add the peanuts, maybe thats why. I wont try this again, I will stick with homemade peanut butter cookies! Not the sugar cookie mix.

It was easy, I didn't realize how simple they were till they were in the oven and I had nothing to clean up. You can make it the way you want it.

My husband's package of peanut butter cookie dough was going to expire soon, so I came looking for a way to use it up, and hopefully still taste good. This is a winner! I used peanut butter cookies dough and added peanut butter. I used toffee bits instead of peanuts. They were quick to make, came out soft, and stayed soft--until everyone ate them the next day at our party.

I couldn't believe how easy this recipe was to make. The cookie was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I used a chocolate and peanut butter swirl chips and it was heaven. I'll definitely make these cookies again. Thanks for the great tips.

I MAKE COOKIES FOR MY 3 GRAND CHILDREN ALL THE TIME FOR AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS, BUT EACH ONE WANTS "THEIR" FAVORITE KIND MADE ALL THE TIME...THEN ALONG CAME THIS RECIPE! THANK YOU SO MUCH! NOW INSTEAD OF PEANUTBUTTER FOR ONE, SUGAR FOR THE OTHER ETC.
